The Gabriel Dumont Institute of Native Studies and Applied Research is the educational arm of the Métis Nation of Saskatchewan. The Institute is the only wholly Métis owned and controlled education institution of its kind in Canada.

Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technology
Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT) has been in existence since 1976, offering training and education programs to First Nations adults in Saskatchewan. SIIT’s programming mixture has evolved to include certified technical, vocational, and trade programming.
